This management very horrible with returning calls and resolving issues that tenants has in their apartments. In order for my complaints to be heard and fixed I have to call 311 which is ridiculous. I have a tenant above me who for the last 4 years I've been living here caused water damage to my bathroom walls as of late have a severe pest problem w/ mice and cockroach (no my apartment is not nasty). I'm disgusted with this lazy management. The maintenance workers and super try to complete their work orders. Despite them coming to my home on 3 different occasions mice have still come back. This whole building needs to be gutted out new heating system in place so the mice can't come through heaters and a whole new management team. No covid 19 isn't what caused the delay in services they have been dismissive from day 1.
