Bay Ridge Play Place Inc

I absolutely loved the time my daughter spent here. The facility she was at before Bay Ridge Play place wasn't for her. She would scream and cry whenever it was time for me to leave her there so I decided to change her and I was so surprised at the way my daughter wouldn't even remember to give mommy kisses goodbye. She was so excited to play with her friends. And the workers were very warm and friendly. They always gave her an exciting greeting. Doreen and Melanie were my favorite. Jayla loved them also! Clean place also.

This place is the best I can find for my kids. It is located in a very decent neighborhood. The staff did a terrific job keeping this place clean yet warm and inviting! They have more staff during the day, usually around 5 to 1 for all ages combined. This place is also very affordable comparing with others in the neighborhood. The director and the group teacher for pre-k are very professional and enthusiastic about teaching. The caregiver in baby room is so loving and experienced; I’ve known her for several years now since I had my first child. I feel lucky to find this place. It gives me peace of mind when I go to work.

Warning - please stay away from this daycare. I have had several issues with them, however the final straw came this week when I found out that they have not had hot water for over 5 weeks and have been using baby-wipes to clean their hands. We had to find this out after the Board of Health showed up by suprise and threatened to shut them down. I am very disappointed with them - the workers there are very caring - however the facilities are a hazard and the owner has ignored parent's phone calls. Please avoid this facility!!
