AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL COSTSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!! PLEASEEEE!! THEY CAN'T GET ANYTHING RIGHT!!!! They likely exist to service the community in a way where it damages the community from the inside out. It's a PHARMA MONEY GRAB practice!!! They make diagnoses that are incorrect for billing and money purposes. I learned they misdiagnosed at least 3 people I know after speaking up about this. I went in the pandemic when resources were limited. My intake was a mess. They attempted to do intake with the door open next to a secretary while asking you the most private questions EVER. I was so turned off, I did not return for services. I returned to get my paper work multiple times. The front desk (Danielle) is incompetent and willing to give you the run around. I recently had to wait over a month for paperwork. They falsified my documentation and HAD A BUNCH OF INCORRECT INFORMATION THERE. (which is dangerous) how are you taking the wrong information down on a document that has to do with mental health and medical records????? You are dealing with people's mental health and lack ethics and morals and can't even simply read and copy information. I'm confused. This practice needs to be shut down or revamped!!! I am a mental health advocate and this is NOT OKAY in the slightest. This should not be a facility that services ANY ONE, not even animals.
