Have been trying for over a week now to get someone on the phone due to an order that was placed on aug 31, and have no confirmation of order nor does the doctors office, they have tried a few times and been stuck on hold for 45 min or more and I have tried everyday for over a week now and on hold for such a longtime I end up hanging up! This is insane! Even tried googling and finding a different phone number and got someone who was no help at all and just directed me to same number without even telling me he was doing so

Don't like the place
