I called a week ago in regards to my grandmothers oxygen machine and was told by a staff named Rebecca that she would have to have Judy call me back after a week I called again today , informing them how urgent it is to have my grandmother have her oxygen machine and again spoke to Rebecca, who sounds so uninterested and she let me know that I would have to continue to wait for a callback. There is nothing she can do. The staff is rude and unprofessional.!

This company is not helpful at all. I have been calling for my client for over a month expecting a delivery date for her wheelchair which is unacceptable. She is unable to attend medical appointments since she can not move independently. They give you the run around and always say that someone will return your call and they never do. I wish I was able to give this company zero stars. The person Rebecca that answer's the telephone is no help either and does not move with a sense of urgency.

Poor customer service with Ester glad it's not one of her family member that need oxygen. My Mom oxygen machine stop working. She stated there's no one to service my family member machine unacceptable.
