1st off SIP Doc Haq ....... my mom has heart disease and all im gonna say is Thank you to the entire cardiac team, staff and system. The chief Doc Parikh and Doc Reedi and Doc Kubarachi, THE BEAUTIFUL NURSES ON 2ND FLOOR JOAN ,NEAH, and 2 others i forgot their names... on the 5th Floor THE NURSE ERIC!!! (THE BEST EVER!) THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!! FOR THE CARE AND COMPASSION AND TREATMENT and HOSPITALITY yous shown my mom. Thank you for aiding in her care.

the nurse weighing me did not tell me my weight until I asked for a 2nd time. she informed me that I was 25 pounds heavier than my last weigh in. i had a panic attack on my way home and it is still happening. this is a serious mistake considering I suffer from an eating disorder and body dysmorphia. upon weighing myself at home, I called the office back to inform them of the mistake & the nurse did not apologize at all, even after I explained the psychological damage that had been done. the receptionist talked over me and no one seemed to care how their careless mistake affected my mental well being. i will not be coming back to this location.

Horrible call experience I was on hold for 3hrs every once in awhile someone would pick up I would explain my situation to them be put back on hold for god knows how long before another random receptionist would pick up and put me on hold all over again.. Was on the phone from 9am To 12pm RIDICULOUS! My daughter hasn't even seen Dr. Khalid Hesham yet and I'm already to look for another office.
