Horrible been in here waiting for a hour just to give urine everybody before me left people came in after me and left and Im still waiting asked for manager they said none manager is here ! They need more staff this my 2 time here and its the same thing i got here 1:15 and Its now 2:17 I have to use the bathroom and i cant even do that im messing up my bladder here ridiculous i should report to the BBB

Made an appointment for a 13m old at 9:30 am arrived at 9:10 is 10:21 and they have take care of us ! Of course the kid is getting desperate he is just learning to walk so he is not that kind of patient so be seat down when ever they told you, I wrongly moved a chair so my toddler did not pass and area and a woman very nicely ( since Im not allowed to says the opposite) told us that we CANT JUST DO That, and I REALLY RUDE answers her that please take care of us because the baby was about to lose it . Like a normal baby like a normal kid, and this woman was SO annoyed about that like if I just offended her in the worst way of course since Im not from the area and of course my way of sneaking is rude to her because you says so. And know she is treating me that she is going to BRING her supervisors because my kid is learning how to walk ! She just TOLD ME THAT IM A BAD MOM BECAUSE I CAN CONTROLLED MY KID ?? And by the end she treat the kid so bad like SO BAD expecting a 13m old to be like and adult and the worst part SHE WAS TALKING ABOUT ME AND MY SON in a HORRENDOUS way like if I was not listening and saying jesus help me ???? Like is this high school ? Jesus ? Jesus says : mark 10:15 15 Truly I tell you, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.

This is the absolute worst lab ever. Horribly run and managed with nasty employees that hate people. Collecting a sample container and dropping off a sample was an absolute nightmare even though both are very easy things to do. After a week of no word from them I have my doctor call them and they let them know that they didnt see the prescription and now my sample is no longer usable. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else, a mini market could probably do a better job than this place.
