        The secretary/laboratorist (black/thin/red hair) was incredibly rude and crazy. She doesn't deserve 1 star even.

        Today, I had an encounter with the front desk lady. I must say you had too much on your hands and I commend your multitasking ability.i hope the management will provide you with better resources to work with.Lady, are doing a great job!!

        I called to make sure they were BioReference affiliated because I have a referral for blood work. Girl answered the phone and 100% rude. You could tell she didn't want to bothered. That alone made me not want to go there to get my blood drawn. Going elsewhere. That's probably what they want, no patients.

        on separate occasions unhelpful/unpleasant . refusal to look up doctors test orders which after some prying on my second attempt/visit in they finally did look them up and they were in the system as they were suppose to be. then the full testing that was ordered was not performed . if i hadnt taken extra steps elsewhere i would have been untreated.
