Highly unprofessional, turn around time greater than 5 business days and I am currently still waiting on results 6 BUSINESS DAYS later. I am questioning if this is a legit place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This is the WORSE place you can find to do your DNA test, please make yourself a favor and DO NOT used this "LAB". Unfortunately I went to this place to be un-respectful, there is a lot of things that I can said about this place. 1. They don't have and appropriate office to give the serves that you are paying and is not sanitize. 2. The guy named MARCO DACOSTA which I asumed is the owner or the person uncharged is really mean, I was complaining because I got a negative results and he said "will don't blamed me go ask your mom" Does he think how he can affect someone?? Does he thinks given a wrong results don't make a big problems in familys ?? Will I guess he dons't think that because he only want the money and he don't even care about the customers. I will never said that is his fault if my results are not true or if they are, but how im not going to complain when my first test was done wrong. Again the house wasn't on the best conditions to do a DNA LAB, the person that was supposed to do the test wasn't home so his son did the test, the dogs were next to us trying to jump on us when he was doing the test and lest be clear I love animals but I know when they need to be around and when they shouldn't. Also, the son got from a fly at 3 am from LA so he may not be on the best conditions adding that I never saw him closing the enveloped. I don't know how a DNA test can go wrong but will all this things together I can say that is something wrong and if you try to make a complain he woul be the first one to make everything more bigger and harder. Also, when I ask him to repeat the test because all the things that I already mentioned he approved to do it and after we did the test he call saying that I have to pay again. my lawyer told me to ask for a refund and just to not do it with them and he immediately said that he is not going to give me a refund.

They never sent me my results but the other party was contacted, they don’t check Id so anybody can have somebody else take the test which doesn’t make sense to me Bc every other place checks iD. oh and they took about 8-10 days.
