There no way to contact this clinic ,and when you walk there They don't know how to speak to you ,they very disrespectful. Last time I when there to get a physical form fill out, they say the clinic have no email and when I rush to get the form print ,I come back before 1 h26 pm they say the clinic is close and they still there.I would never recommend this clinic to someone.

The personals on that office they are not definitely professional. They don't know how to speak to visitors and how to comport themselves when there is a misunderstanding. Last time they took the sample of my urine and put it in trash can full with trash. The ladi behind the office with the red sweater is very disrespectful

No way to contact them directly by phone if you need to find out information. You have to go in if you want to speak to a real person, which isnt an option for many patients. Its ableist and disrespectful.
