        Absolutely amazing and very skilled at their craft. I needed multiple copies of a very specialized equipment key that no other hardware store could even identify the template. Billy's had the template and every copy worked. I also brought in a broken screen door latch (not technically a lock) but they were able to identify, and source, the very specific part, of a part, that needed to be replaced. Thanks guys!

        Worst company ever. Please AVOID using this company at all costs. They are SCAMMERS. Completely rude, unprofessional, and unskilled. They charged me $1500 without notifying me or discussing any price with me. Beware - stay away from this company!! SCAM! SCAM! TOTAL SCAM!!!
