Honestly 0 stars. The man who runs it is extremely rude and screamed at us both times we went. Also lied about when the clothes would be ready. Dont go.

It's generally a great place to do your laundry. The owner, a nice Asian man, is very nice. The washers, I don't think they have warm water though. The dryers do great but can be a little tricky sometimes. And just some advice, bring your own detergent.

Im sorry to say that this place was bad on all fronts. I brought a precious item from my childhood (my mistake) to replace a zipper. I didn't expect this to be challenging. I came several days after dropping when I was told and my garment wasn't there. They did have it when I came back days later. Unfortunately, when I tried on my zippered jacket later, I find that they CUT THE COLLAR OFF and put the zipper in so crooked it looks like a child tried to sew it in. The jacket isn't even closable now. I'm very disappointed. No one answers when I call. I paid $25 for them to ruin the last vestige of my youth. If you want your clothes back in wearable condition, don't go here.

I went here to get a new skirt hemmed, and the person who initially received me and took the order was nice and seemed to completely understand what I wanted. But a few days later when I went to pick it up on the agreed upon day, a different person was in the shop and told me it wasn't there. He shrugged his shoulders and pointed to the door and shooed me away. I stayed put, because I needed more information, and asked where it was, and when would it be ready a couple of times, and eventually he made a call to inquire. They outsourced it, and the seamstress on the phone said it was ready, but at a different location. At this point, I felt nervous, because I needed the skirt for an event and was planning to leave town with it based on the timing of when it would be ready. I asked for $5 to be taken off the price tag for the inconvenience of traveling, but he refused and again literally shooed me away. I was still on the phone with the seamstress and we agreed upon a new pick up time, and I left. I'm only giving them more than 1 star because when I did eventually receive the skirt, the workmanship was good, and the first half of my experience was fine. But be warned that if you're relying on particular timing for an item, you should go elsewhere.
