I've been going to ILKB Park Slope for a few months now. And I love how much of a community it is. It isn't like a traditional gym where you go and have to suffer in your workout without motivation. The staff and your fellow kickboxers push one another to be better, to be stronger, and more importantly to be happier and healthier. I have seen such an improvement in my strength and skills. And it all has to do with this gym and the people.

ILoveKickBoxing in Park Slope is one of the best gyms I have ever invested in. The trainers are incredibly supportive, energetic, and eager to push their clients to help them achieve their goals. The classes are organized and modifications are made so all individuals can participate. Not only will these classes help you achieve your physical goals, but you have fun while doing it!

So I found a Groupon​ offer for ten classes at Ilovekickboxing and I decided to try it out. Honestly,​ I wasn't sure if I would continue after taking the ten classes, but after doing one​ of the ten I was hooked mainly because of how fun the class was and how welcoming​ and nice the instructors were and because of that I​​ decided to become a member. Everything about this place is great the facility​, The music the atmosphere​ and especially the instructors. They push me to strive for my goals and I look foward to growing
