Called up and talked to Chester on the phone about commissioning a custom pendant; Chester was very helpful. Yuri and Chester helped figure out exactly what I wanted/needed, better than I even knew myself. True experts. Will update this review with photos as the pendant gets made. Steve and Rubin are affable, awesome folks as well. The whole crew is a good bunch, good energy and professionalism out the wazoo. If you need something special done, this is the place! Please don't ever go to this jewelry store, they don't give you a slip for your jewelry then say you may have lost it or came and got the jewelry already, when they never gave a ticket VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE
