VICTOR J. MASI, DO – Maimonides Medical Center

The worst service ever especially with the front desk I had an appointment and they let me wait an hour and a half with and nobody showed up the second time I was there and happen the same I just had to leave I went to the front desk again to ask how long it will take and they were so arrogant. I will never visit that place again.

Been a patient of Dr. Victor J. Masi for years. He takes his time with you, makes fast referrals and always returns calls. His staff is top notch. Very down to earth and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Wait time is outrageous - I was waiting 3 hours for my last appointment and theres never been a reason or explanation. I also had bloods taken at my first appointment, called up a few weeks later and was told if I hadnt heard anything, I should assume everything was fine. It was only a year later when I came for another issue that I was told some of those original tests had come back abnormal.

Go elsewhere. Wait time is ridiculous just for a less than a minute of chat. Appointment is at 10am and 4 hours later, still havent been seen. If you go here dont expect to be in and out. He is a nice guy but this practice is just unacceptable for people lile me that have busy schedule.
