Rarely do I ever write a 100% positive review like this. But James Guercio was an outstanding expert in all matters related to this very complex process. We were faced with a traumatic and frightening experience of loss (rather not share the details) and dealing with our insurance company had the risk of making matters even worse. But James led us through the process with kindness AND expertise - a great combo! And in the end, his help was spot on in all regards. I cannot thank him or this company enough. Highly highly recommend them. They know what they're doing. And then some.

I'm so thankful I had Rubin & Rosen to lean on and act on my behalf. Like most homeowners I paid my annual insurance premium and never really thought I'd have to use it. In 2019 when my fire occurred I didn't know how much I'd need an advocate such as them on my side. They worked tirelessly to ensure everything was handled fairly and to my satisfaction. To anyone who thinks they can go it alone I'd say you have no idea what your up against, you really need a team like Ruben & Rosen.

They made the process of dealing with the insurance company after a damage to our home painless. I highly recommend contacting them if you are ever in the unfortunate position to need to deal with your insurance company after suffering a property loss. Very professional.
