I put in a claim last week because we thought our hot water heater was going out, but come to find out the issue wasn’t the hot water heater. It was the pipe that leads from my kitchen sink down to where the hot water heater is. Jessica took my claim and was able to send me a technician in 2 hours. The technician came to my house and was able to fix the pipe the following day. Thanks GHP.

A leak was still going on in my sink. I called GHP. The tech came that same day and fixed the leak . I am very happy with the service that I received for this company.

I contacted Global Home Protection about my Heat Pump not heating during low temps. They responded within 2 hours to let me know that they had contacted a repair tech to come and check on my heating unit. The repair tech came in a timely manner and looked over my heating system and then they came up with a solution to the problem. I thank Global Home Protection for their quick response to my problem.

I am updating my review. I wish I could give them 0 star if I could. I made a claim 2 MONTHS ago for my dryer to be fixed. They filed work orders two times, however, there was an issue with both. They said they will file another work order, and it's been 2 weeks since they said that. Now they don't even answer my call. Feels like they are just ignoring my call. I wrote a review about 2 weeks ago about how frustrating I am, and they call me to remove my review. How can they not answer my call, and when I write a review they call me right away? Their website states "convenience and they will take calls 7 days a week, 365 days a year." Really? Because I've been trying to reach this company for two weeks! Their website states "save time & money and they will send out a contractor within 24-48 hours." Really? Because I am waiting for 2 months! I got with this company because they have such a great review. But, I wonder how they have such a great review. I regret paying my money to this company where no one is responsive. I will not recommend this company to anyone.

I've had a couple of claims with Global Home Protection, and they have been handled very efficiently. They responded immediately and had very qualified technicians take care of the problem.I only paid $55 per visit. Thank you Global Home Protection.
