        I had called a few months ago to inquire about my health insurance plan and the women I spoke to named Shivvy or Shibby (not sure how to spell it) was so incredibly rude. She seemed annoyed I was even calling and made me feel like a bother for asking questions. I dont think Iv ever been spoke to so disrespectfully before or with such an attitude after every question I asked. Luckily, I was able to contact another broker and get my questions answered in a friendly way. I will never contact this insurance broker again with such unprofessional and miserable employees.
