The technician was very helpful in explaining the service provided. He took before and after pictures of the vents and informed me when the next scheduled cleaning would be (for a home without pets). He was also able to provide answers on other services his company would be able to perform. I will recommend this company definitely.

We just had our HVAC serviced by Decker Heating & Air Conditioning. They are professional, reliable and courteous. Tracy was our technician, and arrived during the 9-11 am window that was set up. He was friendly and explained everything he took care of as part of our maintenance. This company is amazing and I would highly recommend them. Excellent customer service!

When we needed to have our condenser replaced, we went to one of the other companies first. They tried to sell us on some sort of subscription plan, then Nicole and dime us to death. It was so much different. They worked with us to understand what we actually needed, and didn't try to sell us more than that. Their team was prompt, curious, and professional, and the system works great! Definitely sold us on what makes Decker Heating & Air Conditioning different!

A heads up for anyone else using this, this seems to be a pretty sophisticated scam. I am writing in absurd detail to help you come to the same conclusions as me. There is no company, Decker Heating & Air Conditioning, to my knowledge. Instead, this is a front for a scam called Premium Home Services. Some evidence Decker Heating & Air Conditioning is not a real local business: - A rep answers the phone (clearly from some call center) as Decker. They don't have any knowledge of HVAC at all - strange if this is actually a local business. Rep was unable to answer what an average call costs, and deferred saying the technician would answer. - They immediately attempt to upsell you to a subscription. - They have amazing availability, whereas every other HVAC business did not have availability. - Their contracts they send you have no actual business address. - If you observe the reviews, you can see a very clear pattern. Even the profile pictures are eerily similar, as if they found stock photos of people - which they probably did. Reviews across all sites are a mix of "Amazing, this is the best service ever" and "This is a total scam". Trust me, it's a total scam. - There is no website. Even the Premium Home Services website is pretty scammy, even though they are funneling people there to try to prove it is legit. - They could not provide me the name of the actual rep who was coming out. If this was a real local business, they would be easy, or at least a range of reps it could be. - When I called and cancelled and told them why, they sort of submitted as if I had found them out. If this was a real local business, they certainly would have wanted to have a longer conversation, as this would otherwise be an absurd accusation. It is sophisticated because: - All the reps speak good English. I called in multiple times, got many different people, all were pretty competent (on selling). - The reviews are well-written, and mention specific people. They've even gone and had the review profiles review one or two restaurants in NYC to make each profile more legit. - They've built reviews across all platforms, and have a functioning app and website. I am really impressed with their sophistication. They've put in a really strong effort to make things look real. However, I worry this is both a scam (for credit cards) as well as they are probably aiming to do some identity theft (I realized they asked me for my birthday to assure I am over 18). At best, it's a bait and switch scam where they pose as a company with real local reps, and they switch to some sort of outsourced service. At worst, this is a total scam that is aiming to steal money or identity from people. Please don't make the same mistake as me. I'll be attempting to report the scam more broadly.

Decker Heating & Air Conditioning is an amazing firm to work with!!! I called after hours when our furnace suddenly stopped working on a Saturday and they were at my home that very evening and got everything running within a very short time! Very professional and timely! Much appreciations!
