I rate this establishment a 0. I hired them to convert from oil to gas heating system. I have NEVER experienced this level of unprofessionalism from a company. In addition to damaging my siding and downspout. They set the automatic feed on my boiler with to much water resulting in a radiator spewing out rusty water and damaging my wood floors. They have been paid in full and 8 months later the oil tank has yet to be removed. They have ignored my messages and not shown up for scheduled appointments. This level of Disrespect and thievery needs to be made known to the public. Service: Heating system installation

Had Classic Home Services come and install an electronic air cleaner for us. Very happy with the experience that I had. Nick and Felix did a nice job educating me on the benefits and limitations of an electronic air cleaner; Nick was great about providing perspective based on her own experience. During the installation, the crew were both professional and efficient. I stopped by a couple of times just to check things out and they were extremely friendly and walked me through what they were doing. Five star experience for me!.....) Nick and his team responded promptly to our request for an appointment. Our old furnace was in very poor condition. Classic Home Services replaced the furnace that same day and at an affordable price. They provided excellent customer service and also guaranteed their work. Thank you, again..))

My AC unit stopped working during our very hot concord heat waves. When I called Classic Home Services the response was great. They had a technician out to my house within 1 hour. They were very sympathetic, courteous, and professional. My AC is running great and haven't had any problems since. Another plus is that they also replace water heaters! My water heater also stopped working and I received the same kind of professionalism and great work ethic when they came out to replace my water heater. So this is my third experience with Classic Home Services. They did the a/c on my dads house after he passed, they installed an attic fan at my house. They came out a couple of times on warrantee work to deal with the fan rattling. No problem hasn't rattled since. NOW a/c in the second story is not keeping the second story cool. Nick the tech came the day I called when temps were 100 degrees and checked the 24 year old system and found that adjusting our ducting was the problem. The a/c worked fine. He did not try and sell me a new system, gave me info on how to keep the upstairs cool and checked all system components. I highly recommend Classic Home Services.."
