        Pretty satisfied with Toronto Mechanical after a hot water heater replacement and some other related repairs.. Brent (the owner) was pleasant and easy to work with. We had an issue with a minor dent in the water heater that was a result of an oversight in care bringing it down into the basement. Brent admitted it occurred and handled the concern to our satisfaction.. great price, great work.

        Very rude and unprofessional. No customer service skills at all. Company does not tend to there promises or statements given. Didn’t even take the time to find out what’s wrong. Just trying to overprice me and force me to pay for work that hasn’t even been started yet. Will be reporting to the BBB
