Courteous, professional staff & the wait time is usually under 20 minutes to see your doctor. The only problem is they don't answer the phone when you call to make or change an appointment date & if you live in another borough, you have to come all the way to Brooklyn just to make an appointment then go back home

First time I went was great then it went downhill. The staff are great but time management is awful. Waiting almost over 2 hours to get seen. I booked for 11:45am and even came early but left around 2:30pm. CrazyI only waited this long because the nurse explained there is only one doctor. I was desperate to be seen and understand the health care profession can be hectic and unpredictable . Except I left never to be seen because I gave up deciding Ill just find another place and disrespectfully overheard front desk talking about how they wouldve just left if they were me. But when someone complains they say sorry we only have one doctor or dont worry just one more person ahead of you. Every time its only one doctor so they need to solve staffing issues to get patients in and out because no one has all day to sit past their appointment time. Some people have other commitments in the day, kids, work, etc. Somebody needs to set up a meeting discussing and finding solutions to these issues.
