        I called for 3 straight days to make sure I had an appointment for Sunday to visit my grandfather. No one answers the phone. Nowhere to leave a message. I decide to just go, but when I got there, they did not let me in. 3 hours of driving back and forth for nothing. If they weren't taking visitors they should leave that information on their voicemail or website! Why doesn't anyone answer the phone!
