I had a home inspection done by Mark Tien today and I have to say the service was superb. He walked my wife and I through everything in details and answered all of our questions. The reports are comprehensive with all of the findings in colored pictures with full details. He made us felt confident with this big commitment into our forever home. I highly recommend him and the company.

Mark, the inspector, was prompt to answer the calls and he was on-site before time even on a Sunday !! He was extremely professional and followed all the COVID-19 guidelines. He did a thorough job of inspecting the house in detail. He has good knowledge of all the systems in a house, how they are to be maintained and in what condition they are. Best aspect was that I got a report on the same night. Will definitely recommend his services Service: Pre-listing inspections
