First time ever using a home inspector, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Scheduling and communication leading up to the inspection was easy and accommodating, and then Adnan put a lot of care and effort not just for the report but explaining when I had questions, too, in real time. He did a full, thorough inspection, but also tailored to the specific circumstances of the property; he even offered to follow up on a few things that went beyond the scope I expected. The final report was clear, thorough, and very helpful. I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. I found Home Inspection Gurus through a friend-of-a-friend's recommendation, and now I'm happy to share my positive experiences too--highly recommended!!
