I hired ABI to do a pre-purchase house inspection and the entire experience was positive and well worth the money, from the staff that helped coordinate the inspection on relatively short notice to the time Matt spent walking me through the key points in his report. He was able to identify a few serious issues that enabled me to back out of a really bad deal before incurring any financial penalties. Highly recommend working with this team!
