        I worked in the Future Care Health Service since 2015 to 2018 for more than 2 years. The agency overall is good. When the new members joint the agency, they ask the pay rate they expected and the Manager is willing to accommodate to pay such rate. The agency's HHA hourly rate was pretty low, and hard to get new Chinese speaking member.
