This agency is the worse agency all their cases they will send you is worse, I will never work for them no more ,they even own me money and they dont wanna pay me, I need to report them to board of labour the manager too is sick .

The worst home care agency in NYC! The Lack of communication and coordination among their staff and management affects patient care. Elderly patients are left without home attendants for hours until they decide to find coverage. It’s so unhuman. No insurance company should ever send their patients to this agency. The manager Simon should be replace by a competent manager that is able to manage staff that works with patients, their family, coordinators (there is only 2-overworked) and home health aides in a more effective way. Feel so sad for the people that receive services from this agency they just don’t care. They take and take cases without providing patients with HHA. NYC.gov please pay a site visit to this agency. They should be out of business.

Yes, it truly is The worst home care agency. The Home health aide from this agency just left my grandma alone tonight and we came to notice via the home cameras. She was alone for 2 hours and she solely depends on HHA assistance. The home attendant left because her night coverage didn’t arrive. And family called the on-call to get info or see what happened and get help and they are useless. No accountability. This is negligence and abandonment. It’s been a true nightmare. I can’t make this up. Don’t wish this upon any elderly or family member. Our elderly and the sick deserve better. Not this type of service. Save yourself the trouble and don’t use this agency for your family member. They deserve better.
