Very poor client service and lack of prioritization of the patient. They don't have a reliable system for coverage when an aide calls out and is unable to go to their assigned case. My mom, who is bed bound, has been left several times for hours without an aide while the agency scrambles to find someone. When they do find a replacement, the person shows up hours after the normal scheduled time. This is extremely distressful as my mom is unable to walk, unable to feed herself or change herself and is completely reliant on her aide for care. The agency has been nothing but apologetic but has done nothing to resolve their operation inefficiencies and address their lack of a reliable on-call system. Home care should be patient centric with the best interest of the needs of the patient at the forefront. However, that's not the case here. This agency is all about making money and the patients are just an afterthought. I do not recommend them at all.

This company is very unprofessional. Twice in less than one week on different occasions I was offered a new case. After accepting the cases the coordinators sent me the patients address's and in formed me of the patients health conditions. Hours later the case workers called me back to tell me I dont qualify to work the case. That shouldve been verified before calling me and offering me the assignment as well as sending me the patients information which is HIPPA violation.

I just started working with this agency, and so far so good. I like it. The coordinators are so sweet.
