This is my favorite spot to go to, followed by Tony's Health Food store on Fulton Street, to stock up on my favorite Herbal remedies such as, Black Seed Bitters, Echinacea, Red Clover, Elderberries, Goldenseal Root, Cat's Claw, Red Marine Algae, Burdock, Gravel Root, Black Seed Oil, Dandelion, Cayenne and Sarsaparilla, to cleanse my internal organs, regulate my blood sugar levels and to strengthen my immune system.

I was next door at Black Nile Restaurant (slammin Black-owned soul food with awesome customer service, btw) and I stopped in on a whim. I bought three bags of fresh herbs (hibiscus, marshmallow root, and slippery elm) --everything I'd been looking for and had been wondering where I was going to find). The gentleman on the floor was very kind and the woman at their register were both very nice. I found the prices reasonable for organic herbs. Will definitely go back when I'm in the area again.
