Absolutely terrible experience with this company. First they misspelled the month of our wedding on our kippot. We called and told them this mistake and they told us that they would correct it and send us new kippot. 5 weeks later I call them and they have no record of me calling them. The man on the phone was incredibly rude and unaccommodating. He eventually says that he would send out the revised kippot by the end of October (4 months after we originally ordered them). When I called at the end of October, they still were not made (now 5 months after the original order) and claimed they would be sent out in another week and a half. I finally cancelled the order and ordered from a much more reliable company that apologized for A1 Skullcaps mistake and lack of customer service (something that A1 Skullcap did not do) and promised the kippot in 4 weeks tops.
