Unfortunately, this store is another example of a business owned and operated by rude Russkies. In fact, rude is a vast understatement. Try arrogant, discourteous, haughty, stuck up, snot nosed and, most of all, way, way, way overpriced. The owner also has some peculiar rule about not talking on the cell phone while in his store. AVOID!!!

Agree with negative reviews. I do know my way around tools, so this guy always tries to sell you bigger quantity of whatever you need to make it more expensive, never gives you discount, intentionally tries to make you feel like nothing. Always has a smirk on his face like he knows better than any of the customers. He would rather go broke than give you even the smallest discount, which is weird in this line of business. And to be honest I don't think he cares for negative reviews on Google or anywhere else.
