Gift Kosher - Brooklyn

I am so disappointed with their services. I ordered a basket and paid for expedited services with no delivery confirmation until days after when I followed up. They delivered the basket and left it at a side entrance instead of the main entrance and the recipient never saw it because nothing was posted or said. I also didn't receive any tracking information telling me this until days later when I realized the recipient never called me to say anything about the gift. I don't care if they place blame on the shipping company; It is your business and you choose the shipper. If your product selling point is that it's fresh, your obligation goes from the moment you took my money to the moment when your product is in the hands of the recipient. I wish I would have gone with somebody else. I wish they would have had proper followthrough with their shipper. It is not my job to make sure the product I paid for get's delivered in a quality state. That's what I paid you for. Really disappointed. Would definitely not recommend.
