        As a Former healthcare professional worker I learned that it is imperative that you are seen by a caring doctor and this is that someone who is a Caring doctor towards their patients.

        Can't recommend Dr. Gressel in good faith. Her staff are terrible. You call the office and they barely pick up. I've left 3+ voicemails for this office in the past 6 months and have gotten no reply. When they do pick up, the guy on the phone is very short and hangs up when he feels like it. Their office is extremely disorganized and it's really a shame. Dr. Gressel is a nice doctor and I think she does what she advertises. But the dysfunction of the front desk people makes it impossible to go.

        I have been a patient for many years and have always enjoyed my time with her and her staff members. I have never had to wait an unreasonable length of time to see her.
