I had a renovation job done for my apartment by this company. The owner Tallal Bhutta raised the price TWICE during the job. We had written clearly what to do for how much on a paper but right after demolishing the ceiling, he requested a couple thousand dollars more. I had no choice because the Condominum requires lots of paper works to get someone into the building and started the work. Afer 2 weeks working , he disappeared for 2 weeks and demand for another couple thousand dollas . Since there is a deadline I have to meet and with no choice I had to pay him. I was very upset and the work was terrible since at the very end, they just rush and the worker told me there is another work site they have to go. Terrible experience !
