Rendr - Jianjun Li, MD

Doctor Li may or may not be a good doctor but his leadership is of poor quality service. His Brooklyn clinic staff schedules patients for colonoscopy at times that the clinic does not even open doors for them. The clinic opens at 9am and staff schedules patients for 8:30am and 8:45am etc. These poor elderly patients standing at the door by 8:30am and being refused entry at their scheduled times. This is plainly unacceptable for a medical clinic of which patient care is completely neglected. Yet nurse practitioners are presented to patients as their medical doctors. Again, patient care is neglected and patients are being blind sighted by the type of professtional they are being engaged with.

These guys are total pros, and I've never had an issue. I've gone in twice for colonoscopies and they are quick and efficient and always pleasant and well-informed - they take the time to make sure you're always up to speed with what's required to prep for the test, and then provide meaningful discussion of the results. Guess I'll be back in another five years...

I tried to schedule an appointment with them. Whoever answered the phone was so rude. She kept cutting me off and was very impatient about my questions. I decided not to get an appointment there after this call. If they don't have the patience to spend a few seconds to answer my questions, I cannot trust them to take care of my well-being. After reading all the reviews here, I think I made the right decision.
