✅👍✅👍✅Awesome garage door repair service. When I called Brooklyn Garage Doors And Gates I got Henry, the owner. He actually lives in the same neighborhood as me (Bay Ridge). My garage door needed a minor repair - the connection had finally given out where the arm connects to the door panel. Two men showed up on time as promised – 7:30 AM (I needed it done before I left for work that morning). They didn't need to replace the rollers - just install some pieces to reattach and reinforce. They didn't try to upsell me whatsoever and just did what was necessary to get the door to work again. The job took less than 30 minutes and the total cost was $185 - very fair in my opinion (paid with a credit card). They were courteous and professional. Everything you would want and expect. Would use again. Thank you so much for coming so early and allowed me to be at work on time.

Brooklyn Garage Doors & Gates sent Mat here today, at the scheduled time, and was able to repair the garage door and change springs in maybe 20 minutes. He showed me that my spring broke after only two years because it was too small for our garage door, and my lifter was cranked up real high to take the added weight. He replaced with the correct springs (much bigger and stronger) and tuned the garage door motor down to the correct levels. Mat greased everything up, and suggested we service again in a year as the springs loosed the most then. Five years warranty on the springs, so I am set for a while. Love contractors that simplify a process and not making it seems bigger than it really is. Will definitely be calling Brooklyn Garage Doors & Gates for future work on our garage door.

Got very concerned with everything going on with the outbreak going on. I'm getting worried about people looting and breaking in to homes. Spoke with my husband and we both agreed to get security installed around our windows. Brooklyn Garage Doors & Gates were able to send a technician out and they got them got them installed right away. And at a very reasonable price too.
