    DO NOT DO IT! I bought a bed from here. The bed was uncomfortable and it came in plastic but had a stain on it. I bought the bed frame as well that was also bad quality. When they delivered the bed frame (an hour after the 3 hour window in which they said they would come) they set it up for a queen size bed even though I bought a full size. The box spring was horrible quality it broke after not even 2 weeks. The only redeeming quality is they took it back and gave my money back after a few phone calls. How a "brand new" mattress that they say has been in plastic has a stain on it I don't know. Save yourself a hassle and Spend the extra money somewhere else that what I ended up doing.

    I never write reviews! Good or bad but I thought I was getting a good deal. I ordered a bed frame online and when I received the order noticed it was simply a headboard and foot board NO BED FRAME. No where on the online description did they say it did not include a bed frame (if it had I would have ordered a different one or ordered the bed-frame). Without the bed-frame the headboard and foot board was pretty much useless. After much deliberation on the phone an agreement was settled that the bed-frame would be delivered without charge. However, it would be around two weeks later, and in the mean time my husband and I were stuck sleeping on the floor. It was finally delivered and put together. The only plus, was dealing with Danny. He settled everything after "whoever" I spoke to messed up my order. Danny was calm, and reasonable. If you must shop low end ONLY SPEAK WITH DANNY! If not, buyer beware. PS PAY THROUGH PAYPAL that was the only way we could get it delivered without too much trouble, we had to file a dispute and after that they seemed to take us much more seriously.

    When I found this place on Craigslist.com, I thought, wow what a bargain. It was under the name Hamilton Furnishings. I went to their 4121 Fort Hamilton PKWY location and found a small cluttered store front, the living room furniture was inside of the catalogs. My husband was unimpressed and wanted to leave, but I convinced him to stay because we had traveled so far. We sat with Carlos Perez who talked and showed  us through the catalog. We had picked a coaster Samuel  sectional for $750. A floor model coaster wood bunk bed for $350  and a floor model kitchen table with chairs $225. We handed Carlos the money. A total of $1560 that included delivery and tax. We handed carlos the money on October 7th 2017 and given the delivery date as October 17th. Two days before the delivery I called to confirm and Carlos said the sectional was no longer manufactured and to pick something else! It was two days before we were supposed to get our stuff! He didn't bother to call I asked Carlos who was the owner and he said a woman named Janette was his boss. I told him I would get back to him and my mother had a medical issues, so it was many months before I spoke to Carlos again, the store did not reach out to me one time. I did not received a call, text or even an Email.  So finally in August 2018 I called him and at first he tried to act like he didn't remember who I was! Carlos asked me if I had a receipt, his memory all of a sudden updated when I answered "yes".... I went back to the store on August 25th I had picked a few models from the websites NyFurnitureman.com and hamiltonfurnishings.com, and Carlos had informed me that the prices on his site were not accurate because trump was president taxes had gone up and shipping imports were higher, so the prices were actually $100-$200 dollars more! He just needed to update his websites... at that point I realized he was the owner so I asked how long he owned the business he said 21 years, I guess Janette never existed! Finally i picked a set that was listed at $650. and since trump was president it was now $750.... there was no way around it Carlos was determined to rip me off..... I asked for a refund but he hung red signs saying "No Refunds"! That was new since i had last been there. I left disgusted but relieved it was over and the phone rang, i answered and Carlos said they did not have the blue or saddle brown couch set only the chocolate brown.... I just wanted to end the ordeal and said fine. He also said the bunkbed had broke while stored in the back of the store and told me the company no longer made them, he offered an aluminum frame I said absolutely not! I told him I wanted a sturdy wood bed frame,so i said I would get back to him. I called coaster myself and they were still making them however the price was $660., So this made me think; Carlos was going to lose money by reordering this piece so it was easier to say it was no longer made. Carlos probably thought I wasn't going to come back, since I had not spoken to him for all those months and he did not call me because he did not want to lose the money. Carlos is sly and conniving, he most likely sold the Bunkbed I had paid for to someone else. Anyway, I called Carlos back and told him that coaster was indeed manufacturing the bunkbed and that he should call them he seemed a bit shocked because so far I had been very easy to get over on.... He ordered the bed and a delivery date was set for mid September 2018. The date came and went no delivery, Carlos said the all the furniture had not arrived. instead of sending what he had available he made me wait longer. Finally October came and it was the 12th I called in the morning and Carlos said he was unable to bring the stuff that day but he would bring it on the 20th. The 20th came Danny and another man came to assemble the furniture. They drilled the wrong screw into the top bed rail ripping through the wood. Also they only brought 3 chairs with the table. When I called Carlos he tried to tell me that was what I ordered. He said it only had three chairs to begin with.... I snap shot the original receipt and texted it to him. He then said the original chair broke in the back of the store anf tried to convince me to take a non matching chair. When I examined the 3 chairs they brought one was broken and I called Carlos again and he didn't pick up, so I told Danny to get the furniture out! He said he would bring the 2 chairs owed to me and I had calmed down. it took 8-9 weeks more but I finally got my two chairs by December 9th 2018.... One year and two months after I gave slick Carlos the money I finally had my furniture. Do not do business with this store, Carlos Perez is a slick ripoff artist. He is very dishonest, behind the smile is a thief waiting for his next victim.
