        I gave him 4 stars because he got peonies when I asked for em and when I wanted em. I was turned off because I paid on full for them but on the day of he told me he has to charge me 2 dollars more per flower because they were from Holland 😰! I had no money that day but he trusted me to come back the next day to pay him. I was pretty upset but my girlfriends favorite flowers are peonies and they were gorgeous after they bloomed
