Hanato has the most stunning flowers and arrangements I have ever seen. Its hard to not leave a rave review every time I order flowers from them, whether for myself or someone else. They are always so beautifully and thoughtfully put together. And the flowers have lasted me for over a week multiple times. The customer service is also unbelievable. The person I sent an arrangement to ended up not being home at the time of delivery. Everyone at Hanato worked with me to make sure it got delivered, including helping me find a way to get them delivered after delivery hours, packing the arrangement so it wouldnt slide in the couriers car, running out to the car to make sure it was placed correctly, and texting me afterwards to let me know details about the delivery. The quality of the product is well worth the price. They are truly one of a kind and if you are reading reviews to pick out a florist here, do not hesitate to choose Hanato. You wont be disappointed.

ordered internationally from Sydney, Australia, and emailed the staff regarding my order; their response was timely within 24 hrs, they have great attention to detail as they accommodated my flower choices, thank you so much for taking care of Valentines Day. I feel very relieved knowing I can can rely on a florist with a strong design focus, great customer service and love of flowers.

working with hanato for our wedding was a literal dream come true. their style, floral choice, and designs exceeded all expectations! asides from the absolutely breathtaking pieces, eugenie and ivan were so wonderful and easy to work with from start to finish (e.g., working on a short notice timeline, we even added a last minute boutonniere, payment/confirmation was simple and quick, very responsive over email). i didn't have to do or describe much and they fully understood the vision and delivered it gorgeously. i am beyond happy to have worked with them on our very special day.
