The lady that answers the phone has 0 clue of anything she is talking about , i call asking for 1 thing she tells me only one word no thats it. How is that suppose to answer my question ?

Terrible Customer service and poor communication/organization. I was scheduled for a MRI without being notified. The car service picked me up and drove me to a different location. The doctor and front desk never notified me. Like I'm some lab rat. Just schedule me for procedures and not tell me. Also, during an appointment, a doctor just began working on me without telling me what she was doing or introducing herself. It was some nerve test she was doing. I wasn't expecting the sensations and she just started zapping me. I told her she should give me a heads up. She didn't respond. Oh, and I'm a black woman by the way. I would not reccomend this place. If you want to be treated like an animal and deal with incompetent people at the front desk, this is the place for you. Update: I sent over some paperwork in September that was supposed to be filled out. It's Now October and I had to keep calling back and forth to get the paper work sent out. The lady at the front desk snapped on me when I asked her, "Why wasn't the paper work sent over because she said she was going to send it over by the end of the day." The doctor was present when she made this statement so I don't know why was she triggrerd by me asking her. The front desk people DO NOT DO THEIR JOB AND ARE UNPROFESSIONAL.
