DO NOT RENT Had a friend to recently rent this venue. The lady (being nice because she is everything less of a lady) was VERY RUDE . PLEASE READ THE CONTRACT. There is a man who sits there throughout your entire event. He walks in and didn’t greet anyone. He claimed to be “the muscles” of the operation AFTER WE ASKED him what he was there for. Our set up was included in the 8hr . We were not allowed in to set up until 5:00 pm when the event started at 7:00 sharp. She barely gave us any leeway but after constantly complaining for more time she granted us 30 extra minutes.(only nice thing she did) her attitude before she got her money was nice her attitude after was very VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT RENT. Unless you want a headache MAKE THIS YOUR LAST STOP OR LAST OPTION.

Trying to contact the "Owner/Renter" of this Event Space. 1st time they went to the wrong location when I went to take a look at it, wanted me to wait outside in the cold until they arrived. 2nd attempt, made an appointment and the lady doesn't pick up their phone on numerous tries or respond to my texts. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DONT RENT THIS VENUE Because I Wrote A Yelp review(Now A Google Review) She Has This Story And Text My Phone This Morning With This Energy. She is going to give my "DJ rating a shoot out" also. Never herd me play before in her life. NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL PROOF IN THE PHOTOS
