Dr Mehta Kusum, was very nice and professional made me feel comfortable, but the other Dr Mehta at the office is rude and unprofessional. I left several voice messages in regards to recieving back my physical forms for a job 2 weeks later im being told that I don't return calls unless it's important. You are preventing me from working, but thats not important to you as the doctor holding on to my medical forms. After charging me $40 to fill out my form which was missing required information, I returned to the office to get the missing information and I was rudely greeted by the doctor, whom is the daughter of Dr Mehta Kusum. "Oh it's you, hope you get this job because this is ridiculous". How rude of you no type of customer service or professionalism, after yelling at me on the phone, all I did was politely asked is what can I do to get the missing information. I will never return to this place. After all I'm paying you for your service and this is how I'm treated. Never have I experienced anything like this before, I've dealt with rude receptionist but for the actual doctor to be this rude. Maybe this is not the profession for her. Maybe you should hire help so you won't have to do everything at the office because the patients are not the reason for your problems.
