Update: Our one passenger elevator in a coop building of 12 floors stopped unexpectedly on Memorial Day evening. This BTW is a rare occurrence. Within 2 Hours Major sent an operator and fixed the problem. Amazing! This is a great company. If this was our prior operator we would still be waiting. Thank you Major. Major Elevator is a very professional company and we highly recommend their service to anyone seeking the best. We had worked with other elevator companies and had a poor experience. Since using Major we all sleep better. Been with them for years and know all of their operators.

I’ve been a dedicated employee for over 10 years and so far I have no complaints about the company. I’ve been treated as Family since day 1. Professional atmosphere with awesome management who are always there when any needs arises. Safety is their main priority when it comes to their employees!
