Cleanly rebranded as ByNext but I see the terrible service has carried over. They damaged my items on a recent order. Then, getting a hold of someone at ByNext is difficult/near impossible it seems. I really need to stop using this service because at this point, I am anxious whenever I send them anything to clean.

Maggie is the greatest, she Always goes above and beyond! I have not and will not go anywhere else , she’s absolutely the best! She’s kind professional and always on point ! The best NEXT has to offer!!

I LOVE ByNEXT. Maggie is the sweetest person in the building. ByNEXT provides me with the cleaning service and they do an amazing job. Their schedule are flexible which makes it easy to schedule cleaning in a day of the week! Definitely recommend to use their service!

Never have any issues with Next. I only use Next because of Maggie. I literally have been using next for a few years now my loyalty is forever with Mag she’s absolutely the best! She works so hard and never complains. Wherever she goes I’m following her business. Thank you Maggie for all that you do, truly amazing customer service :-)
