        Absolute most awful alteration experience of my life. The manager of the alterations is extremely rude and actually defends her poor work. She said to me "what did you expect?" They actually tried to correct their bad work 3 times, and each time my dress came back worse and worse and worse! The woman was completely not apologetic and actually tried to blame it on me. I've honestly in all my years never experienced such nasty, unprofessionalism. And also TERRIBLE work. The dress looks awful, it has this huge pouf on the sides.
