A professional dry cleaning place should know better than to hang a delicate knit sweater on a sharp wire hanger. The pointy shoulders warp and stretch out the knit. They somehow managed to *press* a long sharp wrinkle into my silk dress. Also they'll put a sticker on your tag that won't come off no matter how hard you try.

I dont know what's going on here they use to do amazing work with great attention to detail especially when it came to bespoke fabrics lately I'm seeing a decrease in the quality of how they handle things but it appears the prices are going up I really hope they get Eric back he keep the place running smoothly

I brought them a very neglected and stained rug for cleaning and it looked brand new when I got it back. I will be going back often.

J's is great. I've used them for 3 months now after I was unsatisfied with the quality of my previous dry cleaner. They do a great job with delivery, it almost always gets to my apartment prior to the estimated delivery date and has never been late.
