Literally the worst pharmacy - every time I've been here it's been an excruciating long wait and the line goes straight through the cold/flu med aisle and it's full of unmasked folks waiting for prescriptions so as an immunocompromised person I feel like I'm risking my life just to get my meds. Choose literally any other pharmacy; I'm finally calling it and moving everything over elsewhere after a record 20 minutes of zero movement in line.

Ive been there customer for many years because this is the closest pharmacy to my apartment and i usually have no issue dealing with the pharmacy until the recent years when i have had more prescriptions to deal with due to miscellaneous issues. The pharmacy has gotten worse since Covid and now they dont pick up their phones anymore. I could easily wait over 30min in the AM, 30min in the PM yet no body picks up the phones. I even confronted them asking why in person and they said they were busy. But that is not an excuse to simply ignore their phone calls. Today, it was my last straw. My doctor sent my meds to CVS and they confirmed it within the hour 4 days ago so i wanted to call to check. Waited over 50min and finally a lady picked up and i remember her voice she was that lady RPH inside. I asked her if she could check the status of my meds and she says you are calling the doctor line and immediately put me back on hold without having me to explain. In fact, i was calling from the hospital so technically Im calling from a doctors office (according to the prompts). Her attitude was straight up rude and Im just done with them. I remember this lady, when she gave me the flu shot before, she looked like she has been stressed out for months and her presence was just poor. It is time for me to support local businesses.

I am sharing a clip of how I received my last rx from this cvs. Not only  is the unlabeled rx bottle unsafe , but I'm fairly sure this is probably illegal, or at least fine-worthy!!

Horrible Customer service especially by Irene the manager, unprofessional, bias, looks like she doesn't like her Job so she is very rude!!! Not customer friendly at all. I'm do not recommend this place
