My first visit with Dr. Marina Moore as my new primary gynecologist was great. I was seen by her at the Canarsie location for my annual women’s wellness checkup. I am glad I gave this office a try as I was looking for a new gynecologist in the neighborhood after having a bad experience at my old gynecologist’s office which was closer to me. I was afraid of getting my first Pap smear and she assured me that there was nothing to be afraid of and that it wouldn’t be painful. She made the process smooth and made me feel comfortable. I also found out that she was Trinidadian like me lol, it’s great when patients are able to see doctors in the community that they can relate to them and understand their culture. Lastly she addressed all my concerns and at the end of the exam she recapped the solution and recommendation we discussed earlier for each issue which is great because sometimes I forget. This medical practice also has a patient portal which is convenient for accessing results and medical records. The facility was clean and the other staff members that cared for me were nice as well such as the receptionist, medical assistant, and phlebotomist. Thank you Dr. Moore you and your staff all provided great quality healthcare at my visit today. I will be back again and recommend you to other women.
