Literally the slowest MOST unprofessional doctor office I ever been too! Its no reason I should be waiting for over 3 hrs!!!!! Both times I came here!!! Whats the point of having an appointment at 2pm to not get called til 4 and not leave the office til 6pm SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME!

11 was my appointment and I arrived at 11:09 and I don't get out until 1:30 and that's because I refused to wait any longer... I was the first one there. The doctor is nice but she didn't know how many days 1 month and a half was... then she sends me to drop off papers to the wrong place. Then I have to drop off my urine at the laboratory and they tell me it's in the front when it's in the back. Why am I delivering my urine and documents... and they wanted me to wait on some lady in the laboratory to finish with another patient who is EXTREMELY RUDE... I've never hated a doctors office more than this place. I can't wait until my car is fixed so I can go to my normal gyno. I rather die of a yeast infection than to go back here.

The wait is ALWAYS 2 hours or more. Very greedy and inconsiderate with overbooking.

I must say the level of appreciation goes out too Daliah the manager her personal and professional concern is outstanding I'm getr to say she wonderful

I got a procedure done In August and i was suppose to get my results on September 2nd and i called to explain that i would be late and was told its not necessary to come in i can be told my results over the phone. i called everyday for the month September and was on hold for 15mins or more and told i was gon receive a call shortly. 2months later they call to tell me my results are abnormal that i need to come in to sit in the waiting for 2hrs
